Circumnavigate Lovers Key Club Paddle This trip is for experienced kayakers who enjoy paddling in the Gulf. Depending on the wind conditions the trip will launch from Dog Beach, paddle to the Gulf with a stop on the beach at Lovers Key State Park. Return trip will be on the Bay side of the park. Organic High Tea Earth & Spirit Garden Gallery will be the host of the second annual organic high tea fashion show. The high tea will include tea sandwiches and tasty breads and dessert made from all organic ingredients and organic fair trade tea from Equal Exchange. The setting will be the pristine outdoor space of the garden gallery (near a blueway launch site one mile south of the four-way stop on Pine Island) and the facilitator of the event will be the main designer - Deb Z. Assisted and Self Rescue Class This is a great class to develop a consistent and efficient rescue designed to get you back in your boat as easily as possible. There are many different ways to get back in whether you are solo or with a group. Covered materials for solo rescue include: the re-enter roll, the cowboy/cowgirl scramble, paddle float and stirrup.
